今年度の新卒採用も落ち着き、中途者採用の面接が始まりました。
相変わらず多忙な日々を過ごしております。

さて、今回も中途採用で新しい人材が面接にやって来ました。
第6弾となる子は、H沢さん(24歳)。

リモートでの一次面談では素晴らしい経歴の持ち主でしたので、
是非とも会ってお話がしたい！、という事で今回の最終面談にお越し頂きました。

率直な感想を申しますと、、、
ファーストコンタクトでの愛嬌の良さとこの美貌、不採用の理由が見つかりまん。

経歴も申し分無し、即戦力としてすぐにでも入社させたい。

ですが彼女の忍耐力と言いますか、やはり人間の表の部分だけでは無く裏側までも見抜かなくては。

やはり採用をチラつかせれば誰でも目の色が変わる物です。
どこまでのやる気を見せてくれるかと思いきや、こちらの予想を遥に超える物でした。

素直に自分の今ある全てを全力でプレゼンしてくれました。

彼女に拍手を送りたい、そんな気持ちです。
